Whether you are a returning family or brand new, we can’t wait to host your kids and teens this year at NAPCA.

To secure your seat in the program, you will need to:

  • Pay your total cost of attendance in FULL or
  • Pay at least 25% of your total cost of attendance (non-refundable deposit) to secure your child’s enrollment in the program. Parents must enroll in an automatic recurring payment agreement authorizing weekly electronic charges to a designated payment card on the scheduled charge dates for the amounts due.
    • Your non-refundable deposit will be credited toward your total cost of attendance.
    • Your deposit amount and deadline is listed in your acceptance letter. After the deadline, deposits will be accepted as space remains available.

CAMP DISCOUNTS

Summer planning season is here and NAPCA is offering great incentives and promotions.

Early Bird Discount

Save up to $200:
  • Pay your total cost of attendance in Full before March 6th, 2020 and you will receive one of the following:
    • $100 off your total cost to attend program for 1 week of camp purchase.
    • $150 off your total cost to attend program for 2 – 4 weeks of camp purchase.
    • $200 off your total cost to attend program for 5 – 9 weeks of camp purchase.

Spring Break Discounts

Receive $25 off each week of camp:
  • Pay your total cost of attendance in Full by April 17th, 2020 and you will receive $25 off each week of camp you purchase.
Receive $20 off each week of camp:
  • Pay 50% of your total cost of attendance by April 17th, 2020 and you will receive $20 off each week of camp you purchase.
  • Parents will make equal weekly payments towards the remaining balance due on their child’s NAPCA student account.
Receive $15 off each week of camp:
  • Pay 25% of your total cost of attendance to secure your enrollment in the program by April 17th, 2020 and you will receive $10 off each week of camp you purchase.
  • Parents will make equal weekly payments towards the remaining balance due on their child’s NAPCA student account. Parents must enroll in an automatic recurring payment agreement authorizing weekly electronic charges to a designated payment card on the scheduled charge dates for the amounts due.

 

Note: Spring break discounts may not be combined with other discounts or scholarships.

Sibling Discount

Receive $10 off each week of camp, after the first sibling.
  • After your first child’s enrollment, get $10 off each week of camp purchased for each additional sibling.
  • Two or more campers in the same family must be enrolled for the same weeks in order to receive the discount.

 

Note: Sibling discount can be combined with scholarships awarded by NAPCA as well as the early bird and spring break camp discounts.

Description: Blanket liability waiver for the student’s participation in on-campus and off- campus activities associated with the NAPCA program.

What to Bring to the NAPCA Summer Academy

To make sure you’re ready for the Summer Academy, we’ve put together a list of required and recommended items to bring with you to the program.

Required Supply List For All Students

To make sure you’re ready for the Summer Academy, we’ve put together a list of required and recommended items to bring with you to the program.

  • School supplies
    Student must bring a backpack daily with the following supplies:

    • 4 notebooks for each course: 1 for Math, 1 for Writing, 1 for Public speaking, and 1 for Career simulation studios and seminars.
    • Folder with pockets to store assignments.
    • Lots of pens and pencils
  • Re-usable water bottle
  • Sunscreen
  • Snacks, Snacks, & Snacks

Dress Code

  • Shorts or long pants
  • Tennis shoes
  • Socks
  • NAPCA T-shirt

It is required for students to wear a NAPCA T-shirt daily including field trip days. Each student will be given a NAPCA t-shirt on the first day of the program at no cost. We recommend that students purchase at least 2 NAPCA t-shirts as students are required to wear them daily. The cost of additional t-shirts is shown below.

Jewelry or accessories that could be deemed unsafe or injurious to self or others will not be allowed.

Students who fail to adhere to the dress code will be asked to change.

Program Arrival & Check-In Day Details

  • Program schedules will be emailed to all admitted students prior to the program start date.
  • NAPCA staff will send admitted students an email with driving directions, parking instructions, and program check-in details.

During The Program

Parents are required to make weekly payments every Monday by 6pm towards the remaining balance due on their child’s NAPCA student account. We do not prorate weekly tuition for any days missed by a student including holidays during the week. No exceptions. Your child’s weekly payment amount can be found in your child’s acceptance letter.

There are 3 ways for you to make your weekly payment: OnlinePostage Mail, and Hand Deliver to Summer Camp Office.

Parents will need to register their child for the weekly field trip by completing the weekly field trip form once a week. To complete the weekly field trip form, visit summer.napcaonline.org/weekly-field-trip
