Dear Applicant,

Congratulations! Your application for admission to the NAPCA Summer Academy was submitted successfully. You will receive an email confirmation that includes a copy of your submitted admissions application.

Teacher Recommendation (Online Form):

We require one recommendation for each student applying for admission to the NAPCA Summer Academy to understand their academic background. The recommender must be from an academic teacher.

To complete our review of your admission application, we will need to receive the Online Teacher Recommendation form from your child’s academic teacher. The form can be found and completed at Teacher Recommendation.

We highly recommend that you or a designated person reach out to your child’s academic teacher as soon as possible to kindly request that they complete the Online Teacher Recommendation form to support your child’s application for admission.

Suggestions

  • To support your efforts with contacting your child’s academic teacher, we have developed a Teacher Recommendation Request Letter that you can use as a template if you decide to send your child’s teacher an email asking to complete the online recommendation form.

  • Alternatively, you can download the Teacher Recommendation Request Letter, fill in the blank sections, and then have your child take responsibility to hand deliver the Teacher Recommendation Request Letter to their academic teacher, kindly asking their teacher to complete the online teacher recommendation form.

Important Notes

  1. The admissions committee will not review your application for admission until the online letter of recommendation form has been completed. Once we receive the Online Recommendation form from an academic teacher, we will begin reviewing your admission application. You can expect to receive an admission decision letter within 2 weeks or sooner.
  2. Neither submission of the admission application and materials nor this email receipt confirms admission to the program.
  3. Students will receive a written acceptance of admission to the program via email from the NAPCA Summer Academy Office of Admissions & Financial Aid.
  4. Please do not make any travel plans until you have received admission acceptance and have paid your full cost of attendance.
  5. Please keep a copy of your submitted Admissions Application for your records. You will receive a copy of your NAPCA Summer Academy Application for Admission via email.
